What is your cancellation policy?

We allow ticket cancellations with full refunds up to 14 days before the summit.  Please make all cancellation requests on Eventbrite.com.  If you are no longer able to attend the live summit, we recommend watching the recorded sessions.  They will be made available the Monday after the summit and are available for 14 days after the event.
