Dr. Jill Levitt

Dr. Jill Levitt is a licensed clinical psychologist who has been treating patients in private practice in New York City and the Bay Area for over 18 years. She is also the Director of Training at Feeling Good Institute, where their mission is to provide high-quality training in advanced Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to therapists and cutting edge treatment to patients. She spends much of her time at Feeling Good Institute teaching and training therapists both in-person and online. In her practice she has helped clients live happier and more fulfilling lives by overcoming social anxiety, panic attacks, worrying, stress, OCD, PTSD, depression, relationship problems, and other common challenges. She is also on the Voluntary Clinical Faculty in the Department of Psychiatry at Stanford’s Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences. In this role, she teaches Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and serves as a consultant to psychiatry residents, local practitioners, and graduate students, both individually and in weekly seminars with Dr. David Burns at Stanford University.
